Please contact themagicalmoon@yahoo.com regarding any order discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide order number & issue, along with photos if item is damaged.
* All Sales Final . An order cannot be canceled once it is placed. *
Orders are shipped with tracking via USPS every 1-5 business days.
Please take all major holidays & weekends into consideration.
Once shipped, orders may take 1-10 business days for delivery within the U.S.
* Immediate payment required at time of checkout.
SHIPPING INSURANCE FOR ORDERS $50+:
Protect your order with a flat fee of $3.00
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which include an automatic $50 insurance coverage if a package should become severely damaged or lost. Additional package & shipping insurance options for orders over $50 are optional & available upon checkout.
* In the event that USPS completely damages or loses a box, a store credit or full refund of your order will be issued without question through The Magical Moon.
(Follow up tracking will first be investigated if package is lost, this can take 3-5 business days)
